Return Policy
At Bestwigs.com, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy with your wig for any reason, you may return it within 10 days for a full refund. We do require, however, that the returned wig be in new condition with the original tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any items that have been worn, damaged, or had the tags removed. If an item we receive for return has been worn, or the tags removed, the item will be deemed unacceptable for return. We reserve the right to return to you any unacceptable pieces. All packaging for product must be in tact and not damaged in any way.
Returns must be requested within 5 business days of receipt of product(s) and have a Return for Exchange Merchandise Authorization (RAN) number assigned. Returned merchandise must be received within 5 business day after an RAN number has been issued.

To request an RAN number you must e-mail your request to customerservice@bestwigs.com . You will receive your RAN number via e-mail including return shipping address, and instructions.
Please note that your RAN number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box or the package will not be accepted!. Inside your package please include your original order number, name, address, phone number and email address.
Please note: ALL RETURNS SUBJECT TO A 5% PROCESSING FEE.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges may be made only if your product is eligible. (Please see list below) We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of any items that have been worn, damaged, or had the tags removed. If an item we receive for exchange has been worn, the tags removed, or the item deemed unacceptable for exchange, . We reserve the right to return to you any unacceptable pieces. Request for Exchange
To request an RAN number you must e-mail your request to customerservice@bestwigs.com . You will receive your RAN number via e-mail including return shipping address, and instructions.
Please note that your RAN number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box or the package will not be accepted!. Inside your package, please list the following:
- Your original order number. (This is very important).
- The reason for your exchange and the replacement style name, number, and color of your replacement piece.
- Your ship to address and phone number.

Once your order has been shipped you will be sent an email confirmation with your UPS or MAIL tracking number, so you can track your package. If you have not received a tracking number please email us at customerservice@bestwigs.com
Note: We need your accurate billing name, address and phone, shipping name, address and phone, and EMAIL ADDRESS. If we cannot contact you about a problem, your order will not be processed in a timely manner.

- UPS FREE SHIPPING 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS $4.95 HANDLING FEE
- UPS Ground shipping takes 5-7* business days $9.95, excluding AK, HI, PR
- UPS SECOND DAY shipping takes 2-3* business days $14.95
- UPS OVER NIGHT shipping takes 1* business day $37.00 excluding AK, HI, PR
- Canada EXPRESS MAIL shipping takes 7-10* business days $30.00**
- International shipping takes 8-14* business days $35**
** We are not responsible for any duties or taxes charged by Customs for International deliveries.

Your order will be processed within 1-12 hours during normal business hours of you placing your order. At such time your item will be either UPS or EXPRESS MAIL shipped depending on your chosen method of shipping on your order form.

During the holiday's there may be delays. Due to specific holiday schedules. Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as these orders must be verified.
